July & August

Monday’s – Friday’s: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday’s & Sunday’s: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

September

Monday’s – Thursday’s: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday’s & Saturday’s: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday’s: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

*Hours of Operation may be different on days surrounding the long weekends.

Canellation Policy

• For Daily and Weekly reservations, we will retain one night’s camping fee for each cancellation. All cancellations must be made to the clubhouse on or before 2:00 p.m. of check-in date.
• For Monthly and Seasonal reservations, 10% of the reservation fee paid will be retained by the M.D. as an administration service fee.
• Reservation fees paid for group sites are non-refundable.
• Partial cancellations of reservations will require the reservation to be reassessed to determine whether a monthly, weekly or daily rate now applies.
• Refunds will not be given for campers that have been evicted.
• All refund requests must have a copy of the receipt attached.
• All refunds will be issued by cheque from the Municipal District of Wainwright No. 61. Please allow 30 to 60 days for processing.
